Hi!, I am Álvaro Leal and for this task I have chosen ZOOM.
In terms of Functionality this tool works well in Scale, in its Ease of Use and in its Hypermediality because it has the facility to divide the class into different subgroups, it also creates a direct relationship with the teacher and between students; and finally, it allows communication through different media and that communication is not sequential. On the other hand, in Teach Support this tool has minor concerns because it is not possible to upload any videos or documents, but it does allow screen sharing and sending links to those videos or documents that help students to follow the rhythm of the class.
In the section on Accessibility, the application works well in terms of User-focused participation and in terms of Required Equipment as it allows active participation in student learning and does not require any means other than a computer, microphone and internet connection. However, the Cost of Use has minor concerns because in order to use the application to its fullest extent you have to pay, although we have full access to Zoom thanks to the agreement that exists between the university and this tool.

On the Technical side, all its subsections work well because this tool belongs to the
LMS, this application can be used on different devices, users do not need to install any additional software.
As for the Mobile Design, Access works well because it can be installed on all mobile devices regardless of the operator. However, in terms of Functionality it has minor concerns because on mobile it has some limitations (when you leave the tab the camera is turned off, you don't have all the views that are on the computer, etc.). Finally, Offline Access has serious concerns because it is of no use if you don't have access to the internet.

In terms of Privacy, Data Protection, and Rights the application responds well as when creating a new account no additional account is required and the account owner can hide his personal data and expose only what he wants to.
In the Social Presence section, both Collaboration and Diffusion work well because you can achieve direct participation and interaction between the instructor (guide) and the student; moreover, since the pandemic, the application is known worldwide.

Within the Teaching Presence, the Facilitation and Learning Analytics section has minor concerns as although there is a direct relationship between teacher and learner it does not allow for supervision and feedback. On the other hand, Customisation works well as Zoom adapts well to a classroom environment.
In Cognitive Presence we observed Higher Order Thinking and Metacognitive Engagement, which have serious concerns because the application does not have exercises or challenges to help students develop some skills, nor does it give students the opportunity to see their performance and receive feedback.
Finally this tool has two basic things that are very important for the security of all apps. Zoom has the S in the https and also has a privacy policy.
