Week 7 - ANALYST

Hello! My name is Ángela González Otón and this week I am the analyst of JAMAP!

I think the best part of the activity was recording the audio because no one had any doubts about what to do and everything was clear so it just flowed.

Perhaps the worst part was choosing the games of "The Hour of Code" because several of them caught our attention so it took us a whole afternoon to decide which ones we were going to choose and, in the end, that is time that we have wasted for the development of our activity. But, what can we do? We are all very indecisive. In the end, we were able to get the funny side out of the situation so it wasn't too bad either.

The best moment of the week in terms of group work was recording of the audio, simply because we were all on the video call, which never happens. The worst has been writing the dialogue, as some members did more than half of it without help from the rest.

We have learnt some things about coding that may be useful for us in the future and, personally, I like having heard for the first time about “The Hour of Code”. It has been quite interesting for me. We have also learned how to correctly organize the structure of a radio program and which applications can be used to put together audio recordings.

As a group we need to improve so many things. In fact, maybe we are not acting like a group. I think of us more as a bunch of loose parts glued together. We need to work better together but we are finding difficulties to do so, perhaps because some members do not show the same interest as others in the tasks. Anyway, those of us who show more interest are finding better ways to organize ourselves, which we did not use at the beginning of the term, so we can say that we have improved in this aspect.

I see a relationship with other content because of the reflections we have made in the radio program. Reflecting on what we do helps us to learn and we have been studying this since we started our degree.
