Week 7 - FACILITATOR

Hi guys!! I am MLourdes López, this week I am the facilitator.

This week we have confronted a problem inside the group, we have talked about our work as a team. We have realised that we are not a team, we have been working not in a proper way as a group. Some people have done most of the work, while other people have not done much work. Not everyone is involved the same way. We discussed it, and we tried to do it in a better way, for achieving our goal, which is working the better way possible.

About the distribution of our roles, we had a little problem, we firstly create a list with all the roles but it was not the correct one because some people had not done a role while others were repeating roles. So, we have made a little change on it, for a better distribution.

Finally, as we have received the feedback from Linda about our blog, after listening it, we started to change it in a better way for the final portfolio.
