Week 1- STAR

My name is Ángela González Otón. My role this week has been the Star. This implies that I am in charge of presenting to all the class members the final product of the weekly task. Last Tuesday in our online class we created our padlet. We decided to title it “Learning, Teaching, and Education pictures” because each of the pictures that you can observe in the following image is related to one of these topics. More precisely, the one with the books on it and the one with a lightbulb refers to learning, the one with the two kids on it and the one showing a girl manifesting refer to teaching, and the one with a book and the one with a bookshelf refer to education.

After embedding these pictures on our padlet we received comments from our partners on it reflecting the meaning that these pictures have for them. We did the same and commented in another group’s padlet on our way of interpreting the images shown.

My experience as the Star has been interesting, but also overwhelming, as it has been my first time working with roles. At first, I was a little bit lost, but then I reengaged in the task. I have been responsible for providing the link to our padlet to the group chat so that my partners could comment on our pictures.
